TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Introduction

1.1 This website is operated by Impulse Art & Photography, referred to as "we," "us," or "our." These terms and conditions ("Terms of Service") apply to all users of the site, including browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and contributors of content. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1.2 Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, you may not access the website or use any services. If these Terms of Service are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms of Service.

1.3 We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Renewal Subscription Service

2.1 By accepting the terms of service, you agree to the monthly subscription prices, to be paid by your selected payment method.

2.2 All subscriptions include a seven (7) day "cooling off period" for cancellation before being obligated to a minimum exit fee payment. The minimum exit fee is primarily used to recoup associated production costs for subscription cancellation. After the 7-day cooling off period, you will be required to pay the following minimum exit fee based on your subscription plan:

Bronze renewal subscription plans: $350
Silver renewal subscription plans: $500
Gold renewal subscription plans: $1,449
2.3 Payment plans may be offered for recouping the minimum exit fee at the discretion of Impulse Art & Photography.

2.4 Subscribers have a seven (7) day grace period to contact us for an exchange of image selection, framing option, plaque color, or other changes if the images/enlargements do not meet their aesthetic needs. Subscribers may also upgrade their subscription if the current print sizes, materials, or print quantity are insufficient. Upgrading the subscription incurs increased future monthly payments.

2.5 Renewal subscriptions include accidental damage coverage and replacement, as well as print material warranty. This coverage excludes intentional damage, prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, outdoor placement, submersion in liquids, or loss of enlargement(s) by theft. Subscribers are responsible for reviewing warranty policies and disclaimers to limit instances of accidental damage. Accidental damage caused by third parties, such as clients or potential customers, is covered.

2.6 All instances of accidental damages must be reported to us as soon as possible, with photos and a description of the damage. Impulse Art & Photography has the discretion to issue insurance replacements in a timely manner. Larger prints, such as 100x150cm, may have longer production and delivery times for replacements. Impulse Art & Photography aims to deliver all replacements within four (4) weeks of notification of damages occurring.

2.7 Impulse Art & Photography reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions. Subscribers are responsible for staying up to date with these terms. Impulse Art & Photography will inform subscribers of updates via phone or email. The core conditions and commitments expressed in this document will be maintained as of 24/06/2023 to ensure trust and service quality for renewal subscribers.

Care Instructions

3.1 Keep enlargements packaged until framed. For pre-framed enlargements, use hooks rated for at least 4kg for A1 size prints and use 2x hooks rated for at least 4kg for 100x150cm size prints.

3.2 When handling paper prints, avoid excessive contact with the print surface as acids on the skin may damage the enlargement over time. Only handle the enlargement by the edges.

3.3 Spot UV gel poser prints are not archival rated and are susceptible to UV damage. Avoid displaying them outdoors or in direct sunlight. Mount them on a wall where they will not be exposed to direct sunlight.

3.4 Laminated acrylic prints can be wiped down with a microfiber cloth using either water or isopropyl alcohol (rubbing alcohol). ChromaLuxe aluminum metal prints should only be wiped down with a microfiber cloth containing isopropyl alcohol. Do not use water.

3.5 When transporting ChromaLuxe or acrylic enlargements, place them in the original packaging.
