For artworks, calendars and mugs, a 100% refund is provided for "change of mind" returns within 30 days of the product arriving.

For enlargements, refunds/exchanges based on "change of mind" are accepted  within 7 days of delivery. Thereafter on a case by case manner. 

Exchanges are accepted for enlargements damaged in shipping, or under warranty terms.

Refunds/exchanges not provided for any damages incurred by the customer.
