RETURN POLICY

  

This website is operated by Impulse Art & Photography. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Impulse Art & Photography and its Proprietor.

FOR POSTAL DAMAGE

For postal damage, please email customer service at customer_care@impulseart.com.au. Attach some photos of the damaged print, and the damaged packaging so we can start the postal insurance claim, Keep or discard the damaged print and a new print will be sent out to you for free.

 

 

EXCHANGES

​

Please contact us before your purchase if you are going to use matting when framing your Enlargement at customer_care@impulseart.com.au. All images will come with a 3-4cm margin about the edges so the scale bar and text can be correctly visible in your frame. A matting board in a frame, or even a wide frame, can overlap parts of the print if not chosen correctly. If you find the scale bar and/or text on the enlargement is obscured by the frame or matting, contact us and we will exchange the Enlargement and send out a modified replacement, for free, at our discretion.

 We hope you love your purchase but customers unsatisfied with their Enlargement(s) may return it  for an exchange of the same value. Please see below for more information on the return policy. If you find your Enlargement not impactful enough in the area of it's placement, we are happy to process an exchange for a larger copy, the customer to pay the price gap.

 

Please refer to provided sizing charts, and test out the width of the enlargement size where it is to be viewed with a tape measure to help ensure ordering the correct size needed.

 If you find the Enlargement aesthetic or 'look' isn't a match, you are entitled to an exchange for a different image equal to/of the same finish, size and price.  In this case at our discretion to request the additional cost for printing/laminating the new image enlargement and/or plaque costs, depending on available stock.

 

Alternatively you may decide to exchange for the same image on a higher quality/different print material. In this case after you have returned the original purchase undamaged, you will be required to pay the difference between the original order and the more expensive order. In this case at our discretion to request an amount equal to the the printing/laminating cost of the original Enlargement and plaque.

All exchange returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the delivery date. All items must be in undamaged condition, in original packaging, with all accompanying items included.

NOTE: 

Customers are responsible for all return and re-delivery shipping charges for refunds/exchanges. 

Artworks and Enlargements valued at over $200 AUD, must have postal insurance added equal to its value, the cost of which is the responsibility of the customer.

REFUNDS 

 

For Enlargements, refunds based on "change of mind" are accepted  within 7 days of delivery. Thereafter on a case by case manner. 

All items must be in undamaged condition, in original packaging, with all accompanying items included.

Impulse Art & Photography reserves the right to retain the original printing cost of the product and cost for initial shipping.

NOTE:

WARRANTY CLAIMS

​

Customers are not required to return Enlargements with damages for valid warranty claims, please email customer service at customer_care@impulseart.com.au. Attach some photos of the damaged print so we can start the warranty replacement process, Keep or discard the damaged print and a new print will be sent out to you for free.

For all other exchanges/returns,  Place the print securely in its original packaging. include plaque etc.
